We are actively involved in acquiring minerals, leasehold, and non-operated working interests in multiple petroleum producing regions throughout the United States, including the Permian Basin, Anadarko Basin, Williston Basin, Appalachian Basin, and Haynesville Shale.

Our land teams, supported by an experienced, in-house staff of accountants, attorneys, land administrators, geologists, engineers, and GIS/mapping personnel, work in tandem with internally-developed local networks to identify and acquire assets in key targeted areas.

AllDale Minerals III, LP — through its subsidiaries Orchid AD3, LLC, Tundra AD3, LLC, Arbala AD3, LLC, and North Fork AD3, LLC — is actively acquiring mineral interests in the following locations:

SCOOP/STACK/MERGE play in Oklahoma
The Midland and Delaware Basins in Texas and New Mexico
The Marcellus/Utica play in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio
The Bakken play in North Dakota
The Haynesville shale in Louisiana

Formed in 2016, Dale Oklahoma II, LLC—through its subsidiaries Dale Red River
Resources, LLC and 5th Avenue Acquisitions, LLC— is actively acquiring leasehold and non-operated working interests in the SCOOP/STACK/MERGE plays in Oklahoma.

Dale Bakken Partners 2012, LLC

Formed in 2012, Dale Bakken Partners 2012, LLC acquires leasehold and non-operated working interests in the Bakken Play in North Dakota.
